Wicks Unlimited’s Return Policy

We highly recommend ordering samples prior to purchasing to ensure optimal wick performance in your specific candle formulation.

 For Ready to Ship Products:

 o  We accept returns on items that are unused and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

o  To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at webstore@wicksunlimited.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization number.

o  Once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved, the original credit card will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges.

o  Defective items are covered under Wicks Unlimited’s warranty and will be replaced free of charge, including no-cost return shipping.

  For Custom Cut and tabbed orders:

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
