The Wicks Unlimited product I require is not offered on the web store. How can I get it?
We are constantly working to add the most popular Wicks Unlimited products to our ready-to-ship web store offerings. If you require a custom wick clip assembly, please refer to the Wick Clip Assembly section and choose “Custom.” If you don’t see what you need, please contact our customer service department at 954-946-3500 or sales@wicksunlimited.com. We would be happy to help you.
What is your web store return policy?
· For Ready to Ship Products:
- We accept returns on items that are unused and in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at webstore@wicksunlimited.com and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization number.
- Once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved, the original credit card will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping charges.
- Defective items are covered under Wicks Unlimited’s warranty and will be replaced free of charge, including no-cost return shipping.
· For Custom Cut and tabbed orders:
- Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
- If you feel there was an issue with your order, please email us at webstore@wicksunlimited.com with your order number, name, contact phone number, the item you are looking to return, and a reason for the return request. We will respond promptly.
I was charged sales tax on my order, but I am tax-exempt. Can I get a refund?
- By law, we must charge tax on orders shipped to NY, NJ, IL, CA, FL, and TN.
- If you are tax-exempt, please email your tax-exempt certificate and order number to webstore@wicksunlimited.com, and we will issue you a refund for the sales tax charged on your order.
What shipping services are available?
- For web store orders, Wicks Unlimited ships exclusively via UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days
One-Day Shipping: 1 business day
- Expedited shipping methods (Two-Day & One-Day Shipping) do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed with Next Day Shipping on a Friday will arrive on Monday, unless Saturday Delivery is available and selected at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, package weight, and destination.

Where can Wicks Unlimited web store orders be shipped?
- We ship domestically via all appropriate UPS and FedEx service levels.
- For international shipments, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express Plus, FedEx International Priority, and FedEx International Economy. Customers must provide their own UPS or FedEx account number for international orders.
When will my order ship?
- Unless otherwise noted on the item page, all web store orders for ready-to-ship items will ship the same day, or within one business day, depending on when the order is entered and approved.
